All of my pricing is customizable to encompass the scope of your individual project. Discounted rates are available for some long-term projects, as well as projects that involve multiple services.
For international clients, rates will be slightly higher to account for banking fees.
Blog Posts & More
One-time blog articles begin at $100 for articles of 500 to 750 words, and $125 for articles of 750 to 1000 words. Rates increase for longer posts and posts requiring more extensive research. Discounted pricing is available for multiple blog posts, as well as for long-term weekly or monthly projects.
Other projects such as newsletters, brochures, and white papers will be priced on a per-project basis.
SEO Website Copywriting
Whether you already have existing web pages that aren’t getting the search result rankings you would like, or if you’re building a new site from scratch, consider SEO copywriting to boost your rankings. Rates are per page based on word count: $100/page for up to 500 words, $150/page for 500 – 750 words, $200/page for 750 – 1,000 words.
Customized website content packages to include multiple pages are available as well, pricing for which will depend upon the project size and research requirements.
Social Media Account Management
Fees will depend on the number of platforms being managed. For 1 to 2 accounts, the monthly rate is $250 for 2 posts per week, $400 for 4 posts per week, or $1,000 for 7 posts per week. For more than 2 accounts, please contact me for a quote.
Set-up of social media accounts will be an additional fee dependent upon the number of platforms required.
For businesses that are just starting out with social media, I do offer a Start Up Package which offers these services at a discounted rate with a three (3) month contract.
Social Community Management
Social Community Management enhances your brand by building strong online communities through your social media platforms. This includes participating in conversations with your audience by answering messages and comments, driving engagement within your online communities by sharing your brand in a positive, authentic way. Fees start at $50 per hour; discounts are available when combined with Social Media Account Management services.
What You Get
Aside from personalized service, prompt communication, and a friendly attitude, all project quotes will include:
- A call via phone, Zoom, Teams, etc. to discuss your project. Face-to-face meetings in and around the Phoenix valley are possible upon request. Travel fees may apply to outlying areas, as well as to the Tucson or Flagstaff areas.
- All necessary research and reading for me to complete your project
- Proofreading
- Up to two (2) rounds of revisions for all copywriting projects
A detailed proposal with an obligation-free quote will be provided after an initial chat.
What about payment?
50% of the quoted fee is required upfront for short-term projects, with the remaining balance due seven (7) days after the final invoice has been sent. The final invoice will be sent with the first draft of copy. Long-term or continuing projects can be paid in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the project and client needs. Preferred methods of payment are direct bank transfer and PayPal.
